Deposit Policy
To secure your reservation for a tour with Silver Gate Guides, a deposit is required at the time of booking. The deposit amount will be communicated to you during the reservation process.
All remaining balances for the tour must be paid in full no later than 14 days prior to the scheduled tour date. Silver Gate Guides will automatically collect the remaining balance using the payment method provided at the time of booking. Please ensure that the provided payment information is accurate and up-to-date.
In the event that the remaining balance cannot be collected due to insufficient funds or declined payment, Silver Gate Guides reserves the right to cancel the reservation and may offer the spot to other interested individuals.
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure timely payment of the remaining balance. Failure to fulfill the payment requirement within the specified timeframe may result in the cancellation of the reservation, and any deposit or prior payments made may be subject to forfeiture.
